Print very large quotes / datasheets (especially with page numbers) faster

The performance of the new datasheets has been significantly improved for large events with many segments and/or datasheets. Printing is now significantly faster, especially with a large number of pages and when using page numbers.

Transfer room information from Microsoft 365 to Bp Event via calendar sync

Automatically assign a room to appointments by entering the corresponding mail address from ExchangeOnline for each room.
This information can be transferred directly to ExchangeOnline via the export list of the synchronisation table (Suggested values > Calendar synchronisation > Resources).

New field/column in the "Authorisation table" field catalogue

The new field in the last column of the field catalogue shows you exactly which authorisation must be stored in the user group so that the field can be used by a user.

Apply the changed tax rate for meals when creating a new item

Avoid errors when maintaining items: when creating new items, a message is now displayed if a pre-assigned tax rate does not match the default value of the item group.

Specify the availability of templates individually to ensure that no events can be booked at weekends or during company holidays, for example. The bookable times can also be limited to business hours.

New functions for dynamic invention and derivation of mapping values

With the new "Mapping Register" and "Text Map Components" functions, the values of mappings can be dynamically invented and applied to texts and components of texts.

The function "Text Replace Placeholders(<Text>;<Value>{;<...>})" replaces placeholders ({n}, {l:n},{u:n} with n as value index) in a text.

New "Account holder" field on the payment account

As of 9 October 2025, the account holder
must be specified for bank account details in addition to the IBAN and BIC. If the IBAN and BIC do not match the account holder, the SEPA credit transfer will be rejected.
There is now a new "Account holder" field under Company > Invoice management > Bank account.

New function for inserting conditional page breaks in Branded Prints

The new function inserts a page break into a document if less than the specified space remains on a page and any selected text area would not fit completely on the page.

Start job several times with changed parameters

Insert the same job multiple times per transaction and enrich the presets for the specific execution directly in the transaction steps table.
The default values in the table are more specific than the ones in the job and will overwrite them.

Open formula for added field via context menu

In text templates, open the formulas (lists) that are hidden behind field references to added fields of type Formula directly via the context menu > Open formula for added field.
This option facilitates revision and troubleshooting.
