Process event requests from the Intranet WebApp

Event requests from the WebApp are automatically imported into the full client through an import job.

  1. The VA Event is created automatically and filled with all available data: the data specified in the vorlage va Event template (e.g. status) and the entries from the WebApp Intranet.
  2. If you are part of the "WebApp_Intranet_V2_User" user group, you will receive both a reminder Notification and a new meldung Task linked to any new event. The task will appear in the infocenter  Info Centre in the Follow-ups area as well as in the Info Centre of the VA Event, provided the data source Tasks is selected.
  3. Open the VA Event by clicking on the link in the top toolbar of the meldung Task.
  4. If the editing of events is permitted in the Intranet WebApp (Edit events in the Intranet WebApp), it is not possible to edit them in the full client before the deadline expires. The editing deadline is displayed.
  5. To edit the event before its actual expiry date, run the Job Job "Veranstaltung zur Bearbeitung freigeben". The event can then be edited in the full client, but no longer in the WebApp.
  6. Process the event according to internal specifications.
