There are administrative settings for both the Shift planner (an overview of all shifts) and the individual Shifts.
Go to the Administration tab and select Settings > Events > Shifts and Staff.
Activate Appointments as a data source in the shift planner to include appointments in the shift planning considerations.
Activate Do not delete remaining availability if you first create a general availability (availability for work) for your staff before entering the actual shifts. By default, an "available" shift is completely deleted as soon as an "on duty" shift is entered for the same day. Example: The staff member is available from 8am to 6pm, the new shift is from 8am to 2pm. By default, the "available" shift from 2pm - 6pm is cancelled. If the option is activated, the "available" shift is retained.
Specify how many days after the fact a Recurring shift may be created.
Activate Show staff confirmation in shift to show the icon in the individual shift. This can be used to document a confirmation.
