Staff must have the appropriate authorisations to request shifts or record and communicate working times via the Online Shift Planner/Time Clocking WebApps. Create the staff members in the database:
As an Account
with email and telephone number for notifications
with a suitable category (staff or similar)
As Staff member
linked to the Account
activated for Shift planning
with suitable Staff roles
with suitable Staff contract
with activate WebApp Access with corresponding User Access.
