The system and job log can be cleaned up automatically at a specified time using a job. Please contact the Bp Event Hotline or your Account manager in advance.
Go to the Configurations tab and select Jobs > New.
Enter a unique Name and a Title for the job.
Select "Clean up system and job log" as the job Type.
Select "After execution" as the Start time/condition.
Click on Predecessor job and select the job Data backup from the list. Note: The job starts after the data backup. This way you can be sure that no user is logged on at the time and that several jobs are not started at the same time.
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
