Creating templates for Online Bookings^M

You can offer any number of different types of events for online booking on your website. Each of these bookings is based on a   Event template, which in turn refers to a  Sample event. Each of these templates has its own URL.

The structure of the WebApp is predefined and includes a start page on which the key event data is entered, a page for room selection (optional), a page with bookable items, a page for providing contact details and the summary. The bookable items are organised according to the  Segments of the linked sample event. The exact way in which contact details are requested may vary, depending on whether or not you wish to set up customer accounts with a login.

Many of the necessary settings are made in the  Event template itself. However, the actual event data (rooms, booked items) are created in the linked  Sample event. Some settings are also needed in the linked  Rooms .
