Some administrative settings have a direct impact on online bookings. Mandatory fields from the administrative settings for the corporation or individual companies, as well as activated modules, are taken into account.
- Go to
General Settings > 
Licences and enable the "Online Bookings" web app. If you wish to enable booking for multi-day events (conferences, etc.), you will also need the "Recurring and Multi-day Events" module. - Go to General settings >
Events > Standard behaviour and enable the option Allow changes to events with external ID to enable editing of the imported events. - Go to the General settings > Events >
Booked items > Standard view and select the "Rooms" column if you want to offer room bookings in the web app.
