Setting up the fonio.ai interface

First create an account at fonio.ai to get access authorisation. All required Job Jobsausgabe Lists etc. are already included in the szenarienverwaltung Scenario and can be imported individually from the projekt objekt Object catalogue (Import objects via the object catalogue).

  • Create two sync servers

    Create two sync servers for the fonio.ai interface in Bp Event: a Web server  for outgoing calls and a Notification server.

    Create a web server

    1. Go to the Administration Administration tab in the function bar and select Administration Settings > Schnittstellen Interfaces > KalenderSync Synchronisation.
    2. Click on Sync Server Sync. Server >  New Add and select the Type "Web Server".
    3. Enter the Name "FonioAI Outbound".
    4. In the field Webserver address , enter the URL of the provider "https://app.fonio.ai/".
    5. Enter an authorised User and Password.
    6. Enter the token from your Fonio.AI account in the field Access authorisation via token .
    7. save Save your input.

    Create a notification server

    1. Click on Sync Server Sync. Server >  New Add and select the Type "Notification".
    2. Enter the Name "FonioAI Notification".
    3. Enter title prefixes for notifications:
      1. for new records, e.g. "New: "
      2. for changes to records, e.g. "Changed: "
      3. for records that are no longer current, e.g. "Cancelled: "
    4. Enter a Send address for e-mails if you want to be notified by email.
    5. save Save your input.

     

  • Create a sync server table

    Create a Sync Server table that is responsible for outgoing calls.

    1. Go to the Administration Administration tab in the function bar and select Administration Settings > Schnittstellen Interfaces > KalenderSync Synchronisation.
    2. Click on Sync. Server Accounts >  New Add and select the existing Sync Server Sync. Server "FonioAI Notifications" > Sync Server Konto Calendar.
    3. Enter the Name "Fonio VA".
    4. Enter the Data source "Events".
    5. Select the Export list "Fonio Outbound Calls Sync (Events)" and an Export delay of 20 minutes.
    6. Add further settings as needed (Create a sync table).
    7. save Save your input.
  • Assign a Sync Server account

    Set up a Sync Server account that is responsible for outgoing calls from fonio.ai.

    1. Go to the Administration Administration tab in the function bar and select Administration Settings > Schnittstellen Interfaces > KalenderSync Synchronisation.
    2. Click on Sync. Server Accounts >  New Add and select the existing Sync Server Sync. Server "FonioAI Notifications" > Sync Server Konto Sync Server account.
    3. Enter the Name "Fonio Outbound Job".
    4. Enter the notification channel "Job" as.
    5. Select the "Fonio_VA_To_Dos_Anruf_Aufteilen" job.
    6. save Save your input.
  • Set up a technical user for fonio.ai

    The "FonioAI Access" user group with the relevant authorisations for working with fonio.ai is included in the scenario.

    1. Go to the Administration Administration tab and select User Users, then create a User with a suitable Login name, Name and First name, e.g. "Fonio AI".
    2. Assign the Gruppen User group "FonioAI Access".
    3. Speichern Save your input.
  • Set up added fields for to-dos and contact notes

    The added fields on the "To-Dos" table for working with fonio.ai are included in the scenario.

    1. Go to the Configurations Configurations tab and select Tabellendetails Added fieldsCheckliste To-Dos.
    2. All required added fields belong to the "AI Telephone Assistant" group.
    3. Go to the Configurations Configurations tab and select Tabellendetails Added fields> kontakt notiz Customer contacts.
    4. All required added fields belong to the "AI Telephone Assistant" group.
    5. Speichern Save your input.
