Setting up the fonio.ai interface
First create an account at fonio.ai to get access authorisation. All required
Jobs,
Lists etc. are already included in the
Scenario and can be imported individually from the
Object catalogue (Import objects via the object catalogue).
- Create two sync servers
Create two sync servers for the fonio.ai interface in Bp Event: a Web server for outgoing calls and a Notification server.
Create a web server
- Go to the
Administration tab in the function bar and select
Settings >
Interfaces >
Synchronisation. - Click on
Sync. Server >
Add and select the Type "Web Server". - Enter the Name "FonioAI Outbound".
- In the field Webserver address , enter the URL of the provider "https://app.fonio.ai/".
- Enter an authorised User and Password.
- Enter the token from your Fonio.AI account in the field Access authorisation via token .
Save your input.
Create a notification server
- Click on
Sync. Server >
Add and select the Type "Notification". - Enter the Name "FonioAI Notification".
- Enter title prefixes for notifications:
- for new records, e.g. "New: "
- for changes to records, e.g. "Changed: "
- for records that are no longer current, e.g. "Cancelled: "
- Enter a Send address for e-mails if you want to be notified by email.
Save your input.
- Go to the
- Create a sync server table
Create a Sync Server table that is responsible for outgoing calls.
- Go to the
Administration tab in the function bar and select
Settings >
Interfaces >
Synchronisation. - Click on Sync. Server Accounts >
Add and select the existing
Sync. Server "FonioAI Notifications" >
Calendar. - Enter the Name "Fonio VA".
- Enter the Data source "Events".
- Select the Export list "Fonio Outbound Calls Sync (Events)" and an Export delay of 20 minutes.
- Add further settings as needed (Create a sync table).
Save your input.
- Go to the
- Assign a Sync Server account
Set up a Sync Server account that is responsible for outgoing calls from fonio.ai.
- Go to the
Administration tab in the function bar and select
Settings >
Interfaces >
Synchronisation. - Click on Sync. Server Accounts >
Add and select the existing
Sync. Server "FonioAI Notifications" >
Sync Server account. - Enter the Name "Fonio Outbound Job".
- Enter the notification channel "Job" as.
- Select the "Fonio_VA_To_Dos_Anruf_Aufteilen" job.
Save your input.
- Go to the
- Set up a technical user for fonio.ai
The "FonioAI Access" user group with the relevant authorisations for working with fonio.ai is included in the scenario.
- Go to the
Administration tab and select
Users, then create a User with a suitable Login name, Name and First name, e.g. "Fonio AI". - Assign the
User group "FonioAI Access".
Save your input.
- Go to the
- Set up added fields for to-dos and contact notes
The added fields on the "To-Dos" table for working with fonio.ai are included in the scenario.
- Go to the
Configurations tab and select
Added fields>
To-Dos. - All required added fields belong to the "AI Telephone Assistant" group.
- Go to the
Configurations tab and select
Added fields>
Customer contacts. - All required added fields belong to the "AI Telephone Assistant" group.
