Appointments must have a fixed date, but not necessarily start and end times. If times are specified, however, this impacts their positioning in the Info Center.
- Go to the
Home tab on the function bar. - Click on the dropdown triangle next to
Appointments and select
New and, if applicable, your company. A new appointment will open.- If you only enter a date but no time, the event will be shown at the top of the calendar list as an all-day event.
- If you enter a start time only, the appointment will be shown in the calendar at that point of time only.
- If you enter an end time only, the appointment will be shown as starting at 00:00h in the morning until the specified end time.
- If you enter the start and end times, the appointment will be shown in the calendar for these exact times.
- Tick the box for all-day appointments. This will place the appointment at the top of the daily list and block the calendar from 00:00 to 24:00.
- Enter the Subject and Type of the appointment. Choose a speaking and unique designation for easier retrieval and assignment.
- Select
New from template if any are available. (Create an appointment template)
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
