Not all table assignments are meant to be flexible - some, such as for regular customers, are not supposed to be changed as a rule. To ensure that this does not happen inadvertently, lock the "Release tables" and "Share tables" options offered in the overview. Changes can still be made in the record itself.

1. Open the  Reservation.
2. In the toolbar above list of the "Reserved tables" window, select  Do not unblock seats/tables. This means that the tables will not be released by clicking on  Release table/room in the overview.
3. To reserve a partially occupied table exclusively for one party, click on  Block complete table(s). These tables will not be listed as having free seats.
4. To block an entire room for one party, click in the first column of the table list and select  Block whole room.
5. Click the icons again to reset to standard.
