The app can only be started by a user with access to the WebApp. If it is open, the production data is visible to all staff, but cannot be changed.

1. Go to the   Administration tab and click on  Users >  User to open the record of a staff member.
2. Add the staff member to the „ProduktionsApp_Gruppe“ group by clicking on  User group >  New .
3. Above the list of user groups, activate Access by  WebApp.
